 With the company founder coming from a farmer's family, farming and forestry are considered the origins of the enterprise. Until now, they have been maintained as a self-evident, independent division and are a clear statement of respect and attachment to the family roots.
The Gut Filzenhof agricultural estate located near the company site is committed to cattle raising in line with the latest ecological aspects. The animals are fed only natural fodder.
Wood has always been the most important raw material for our products. Our forestry keeps us in constant close contact with this basis. The major emphasis is not on economic utilisation, but on the preservation and strengthening of the forest as an ecosystem.
