We are currently looking for an experienced and committed person for our branch in Bulgaria as a

Sales Specialist Bulgaria (m/f/d)
The place of work is possible throughout Bulgaria (Varna or near Sevlievo would be ideal) with the flexibility to attend the headquarter in Sevlievo for coordination purpose


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop excellent customer relationships in person
  • Ensuring optimal market success of our products in Bulgaria
  • Increasing the product assortment with existing customers and acquire new customer accounts (wholesale, retail channels and DIY customers)
  • Manage sales processes and negotiate terms with new and existing clients
  • Realisation of analyzes, annual forecast and sales marketing plans
  • Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities and seek mew opportunities to develop untapped sales streams
  • Produce monthly sales reports
  • Active role as product and sales advisor with the aim to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Our Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales of technical quality products
  • Thorough understanding of sales including wholesale, retail and DIY (ideally in the sanitary business)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bulgarian and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
  • High willingness to travel within Bulgaria
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a CRM database
  • Well organized and self-motivated
  • Hands-on mentality
