Using the information in your speculative application, we will check whether we can offer you a position.
4. Human Resources management
In this step, your application will be reviewed by HR management. If any documents are missing, we will get in contact with you in order to complete your application.
The initial selection on the basis of your complete application is made jointly by the department and HR management. Next, a decision is taken on whether to invite you for an interview. You will be informed of this by email or telephone.
The personal interview will allow us to get to know one another. Both sides have the opportunity to present themselves, ask questions and clarify outstanding points. If the interview goes well, we will perhaps be able to welcome you soon as a new employee at Hamberger.
